A concave building? What madness

Graham. :

Looks great - that photo doesn't do it justice. I couldn't believe it when I first saw it. And it's doesn't get its greatness just by towering over everything else.

The Beetham Tower does the towering, and while I don't dislike it as much as some people, I can't say I'm very fond of it.

Be honest, that's only when you compare it to the building next door :)

The building next door is the old hospital. I don't think they use it for patients any more, and will probably be torn down one day.

Quite a few like to go up it because its the only place in Paris where the skyline isn't dominated by it.

Saturday mornings affect what is left of my brain in peculiar ways.

Saw this thread subject again and nearly instantly thought "Who lives in concave buildings? Why - controglodytes."
