Does it have to be 42cm? I suspect you might find that difficult to get off the shelf. Standard sizes for uPVC pipe are 400mm metric or 16 inches (406mm) imperial. The next sizes up are 500mm and 18" (457mm). These people list them, or you could try PipeCenter.
