Water under sill on storage shed?

Putting a small 10X12 on an existing slab with no room for overhang, of course I will use treated sills and plenty of silicone caulk but wonder if there is any way to use flashing?

TIA Bob

You would have to describe how it is made. Ideally you could slipp

30 mil vinyl flashing under the bottom shingles if there are any and perhaps glue them to the slab. So water getting under the shingles has nowhere to go. If there is paper under the shingles you want it under the paper too.
