Real Men Build Their Own Work Bench..

Ok ... I know I know no pics but. I think it came out pretty good. I stained it with some TWP that I had. I guess I should have let the work bench wood stabilize (before staining) 'cause that TWP just doesn't want to dry.. I took alot off with rag to help it along..

I still need to pick up another piece of 1x2 to trim out this end. Thanks for the pointers I got from this board..This is better than the Sears ($250 better) one I wanted. This one has alot of running leg room underneath as I was able to build it without a support in the (front) middle of its 8 foot run.. Up to a 200 pounder could stand in the middle of this..Kinda looks orangish in this pic. I think I had the camera set wrong for an indoor pic.

I didn't want to trim the top (backsplash area) with 1x1 but it was stained and left over so....

My harbor freight heavy duty drill came in handy. I wasn't so confident about it when I opened the box and it came with 2 extra brushes for the motor..
