How practical is this? Can you *strip* paint from same? Or, do you just keep layering on each new color, etc.?

How practical is this? Can you *strip* paint from same? Or, do you just keep layering on each new color, etc.?
Painting is messy. Stripping old paint is even messier.
Unless you're hell-bent on trying to make your place DisneyWorld-perfect, just find an excuse to put the whole project off until next week. Sheesh!
