I would say run extra CAT6 cables (labeled as to where they terminate), six conductor telephone cable (and an extra one of those too), possibly another cable for alarms (including doorbells). It's easier to run cables before the drywall is installed.
You might also want to run PVC pipe for later: loop a nylon string inside so easier to run future upgrades (small pullies at either end, or loop through large eyehooks). Possibly run the pipe to inside closets for relatively easy access.
