According to my wife mbd stands for minimal brain disfunction and she says that's what I have. In addition, it also stands for "one thousand barrels per day" or "one million barrels per day" depending on which web site you look at. I would vote for the one-million definition. It also stands for "Metabolic Bone Disease".

"rpld" is some wierd computer thing--perhaps having to do with UNIX. In order to understand anything at all about UNIX, you have to climb a high mountain in Tibet and intern for 30 years with some guys wearing white robes who walk around in circles and chant incomprehensible jibberish.

"rltd" stands for "related". An example sentence would be: My wife's family are rltd to chimpanzees.

Your local jurisdiction may have its own abbreviation system, but my guesses would be renumbered, repealed, and related.

"renumbered" would be when the code provisions get re-cataloged with a new numbering system, the code language itself does not change, but the number of particular provisions may change.
