<<<Leaking tire in my hot water pipe>>>

I just took my hot water pipe apart by the master tank because it was dripping and the whole floor got rotted during the last 5 years of dripping. It got so bad the tank was falling under the floor so I had to put a the hood from my old truck under it. When I stuck the door under it, the pipe started leaking more so thats why I took it apart. I found a tire in there that looks pretty bad and has cracks in it. I put some goop on it but it still leaks and now my whole bathroom floor is wet and all the floor rubbers are coming off. I was using my vacume cleaner to catch the water but the sack busted so now I am not sure what to do, and the water is getting thicker. It's something like one oclock in the morning and there is oil all over the place. Where can I get a new tire for this pipe. One other problem I got is water is running out of the outlet next to the pipe and the bulb keeps blowing in it. I replaced the bulb but the fuse just gets red and is not bright enough to see my flashlight. Should I shut off the motor or just use the computer? The phone keeps ringing and no one is there, but I took a picture of it anyhow, even though the compressor stopped. This has me so upset I had to get a beer pack of 12. Why should I do this?

Please
