easy. make pto cloth hang damae drywall. then cloth pothook with hang = rack. then heavy cloths hang.

My favorite method for heavy loads is to screw a board to the wall, make it wide enough it'll go over at least 2 studs and screw into the studs, and then mount the rack to the board. You never have to worry about pulling the thing out of the wall this way.
If you ever pull the thing down, the screw holes in the wall will be very minimal.
