hi, i`m replacing a bathroom toilet, however when i turn the water supply line valve off its o.k. when i turn the water on the valve leaks around the stem (slow drips) since i don`t know how to sweat copper does anyone have any suggestions. thanks, wayne
If you have a friend that can make the repair; replace with a 1/4 turn ball valve and be done with it.
