More like I poured a little beer on it and wiped it off with a blue wiper. God man, it was only a couple scratches, not a sucking chest wound.

Yes, it only hurts for the first ten minutes. But did someone really attack Mr. Fretwell?
No just an accident ... and nobody was texting.
They are relying on skill, experience, common sense, and ability.
Interestingly, the more the workers rely on these skill sets, the less you pay.
As for violations of labor law, etc., I think the plan is to swarm all over the project, get it done, and disappear before the bureacracy has a chance to take the complaint, fill out the forms, get approval from at least two levels of supervision, find a notary, assign an inspector, check out a vehicle, and stop off at the donut shop.
Someone said here that they thought they were getting attacked by wasps. I got a thing that was 101 uses for WD 40. One of them was wasp stings. Haven't tried it yet, hope I don't have to. Last time was a couple of months ago, and three got me on my nekkid lower leg. If anyone DOES try this, keep us posted. Maybe it just makes you too slippery for any more to bite you.
I get all booted up and long panted before weed eating. I don't like all that stuff going into my socks, and having to wash my tennis shoes. I have a few pairs of permanently green socks, too.

An ice cube and, if needed, some Benadryl is probably a little safer. Wouldn't hurt to wash it first.

Yee wants a little household ammonia. The wasp venom is acid, and the ammonia neutralizes that. It's pretty much like magic.
TY. I shall put that in the grey matter hard drive, and hope it doesn't get deleted or pushed out by new information. I did the Benadryl cream thing, and that helped. A little. Those suckers hurt.

chlorox works wonders on a wasp sting also. Pain free in nanoseconds.
When next to a stream / river jump in. It stops the attack, and rubbing "mud" on the sting will stop the stinging. I've spoken to people that used to use "chewing tobacco or snuff" spit.
Baking soda is good too. Make a paste and rub it on. Works on fire ant bites too. My wife used to carry a film can full of baking soda in her cart at work for the guys who got bit. I always have one in my car.

Whenever I weedwhack, even on the hottest days in the Summer, I wear boots and work pants, unless I'm too drunk to care.
I don't really own any of that stuff. It is shorts and boat shoes for me 12 months a year.
