connect under sink filter housing to a 3/8" comp flex connector

Hi, we like to install a small filter housing like http://www.filtersfast.com/Pentek-158111-Filter-Housing.asp under our office bathroom sink. Our flex connector is a 3/'8" compression type. Should I get a filter housing that is 3/8" NPT or FPT?
Thanks

It looks like you need a connector that is male NPT on one end and male 3/8 compression on the other. Available in any hardware store.
