Cheapo 1" hammer drills

Does anyone have any experience as to the service life of these drills? Can you get 40 or so 1" holes before they die? Thanks

As suggested get the best bit you can afford, Hilti makes a good one and so do some others. I have 10 Hilti bits that are over 20 years old. They work fine. Nothing like a TE-52 to make easy work of concrete, or setting anchors.

1" is starting to get up there. If your doing concrete get a heavy rotohammer, 2 hands. If your doing block then it will not matter much unless you hit a bond beam.
