best deck sealer

Anyone have any opinions? This is a cedar deck in Texas sun.

The best deck sealer is frequent deck sealer. I use Olympic Deck Stain, which is oil based. I pressure wash the deck and brush on a coat once a year, during hot weather when the wood will dry.
