I've torn up the tile floor and removed the commode and sink/vanity in this bath. I've begun to rip out this metal tub.
Anyone know where I could get one of those bath surrounds that would address this window in the middle of this shower wall..?
Can I get on special ordered somewhere. I asked at Lowes and they said it'd be alot. I can't imagine it'd be more than my paying 'bath fitter' to do it..
Also can I tile over the old tile thin set? I'm able to get the old floor tile up, but the thin set is not moving.
This bathroom is only 60 inches wide by 78 inches long. I have another I have to do that is the same size...
The vanity and commode wont be a problem. But I dread tackling this shower/ tub area.. (not sure why this pic looks orange-there's nothing orange anywhere near this site..) CP
