What is involved in roughing in a bathroom in a basement? Know any sites that explain how to do this correct? Thanks

Hit the library or even Home Depot for some very good basic plumbing books. Many detail such a project.

While you're out, stop at the city/town bldg dep't nad ask what requirements you'll need to meet. Disregard if you don't have zoning/inspection out there...
