Advice needed for lock replacement

I've got about 20 years in the locksmith field. Or is that one year's experience 20 times?
Don't recognize this hole pattern. Like a couple others have suggested, I'd go to the yellow pages under Locksmiths, and make a few calls.

I recommend that you take your door handle and a template to a hardwar
store near you. (not the Home Depot as this will only frustrate you)
A good salesman will take the time to find the right handle for you. I it is a Wieser or Schlage handle you may be all right. If it an olde unidentifiable handle, you might be screwed
