18v Ryobi battery for 18v drill... where to find another...

... at less cost than buying a whole new kit with drill, light, batteries, charger... etc. Anybody got a source for these batteries?

Buy the vacuum at Home Depot for $30. It comes with the battery.

Exactly. Get a kit that comes with a battery or two, then eBay the charger and tool (separately). You'll get the batteries for close to nothing, and might even make a tiny profit.

You can buy two batteries for the cost of the drill that comes with two batteries and another charger.
You can have your present pack rebuilt with better cells. Not cheaper, but it will be better than what you now have. Check these guys out: http://www.primecell.com/pctools.htm
18.0 Volts Rebuild as 2000mAh NICD $ 48.50 18.0 Volts Increase to 2600mAh NICD $ 64.50*
