18v Ryobi battery for 18v drill... where to find another...

... at less cost than buying a whole new kit with drill, light, batteries, charger... etc. Anybody got a source for these batteries?

you can buy spare batteries at home depot most on eBay go for more than home depot charges with shipping included!

Exactly. Get a kit that comes with a battery or two, then eBay the charger and tool (separately). You'll get the batteries for close to nothing, and might even make a tiny profit.

You can buy two batteries for the cost of the drill that comes with two batteries and another charger.

You can have your present pack rebuilt with better cells. Not cheaper, but it will be better than what you now have. Check these guys out:
