What do I plant with basket-of-gold?

Now that the aurinia saxitalis is done, and cut back, there is a real lack of spark in that part of the garden. Any ideas on what to plant with it, to follow the bloom? It's beautiful when it's cascasding down the rock wall, but now that it is done it looks like crap.
