Mandavilla seeds?

Hi! Anyone know where my beautiful bride can get her hands on seeds for flowering mandavilla vine? She's searched countless catalogues and posted in other forums with no luck. Thanks in advance for any tips! (Gary on behalf of Cathy Kubat...)

You can start them from tip cutting. I have never seen any seen on mine, but then I wasn't looking.
