magicworms.com

Has anyone had any dealings with magicworms.com (good or bad)? I have paid them through paypal and have heard absolutely nothing back from them since. I have sent them email and I have called them twice and left messages both times. Still nothing. I am concerned that I may have been screwed, as such a lack of service makes me feel that I have been scammed. Even if I do get my merchandise, I will never EVER do business with them again. If communication is important to you throughout your transactions, I suggest that you don't do business with them either.

Thanks so much for your time,

Jon

It doesn't look like a scam site. Have you tried getting in touch with them via their website, again? Munge your email address and go and have a look. Then, when you have enough information to proceed, (like, their real address or their telephone no. in CA or whatever) you can write to the consumers' protection outfit (whatever it's called in California) and complain.

Write to their webmaster, Karl.

Sign their guestbook with negative comments (and look later to see if your comments appear).

You could also write them an old-fashioned snail-mail letter (registered, if you really want to pursue it) and explain your problem.

They say, "We guarantee the safe arrival of all order or we will replace it free of charge". Period. So you can take them to Small Claims court, if you have this facility in the U.S.

Maybe they never got your money. Maybe PayPal was the problem. Their site looks quite legit, however I can understand how you feel.

Write to them as a new customer, get them interested in talking to you, then hit them with your problem.

Good luck, hope it works.
