looking for info. on out dated multi vitamin & minerals pack have about a year supply. they made my kidneys heart , was thinking of putting them in the vegy garden by spot watering. i figure 1 packet to a gallon of water mite be safe with out burning the plates. any one having info please advice. thanks ZZ
