Depends what program you are using to view/print your mails, and whether you
are getting this issue when printing other documents?
Usually when you click "print", you'll get a popup print window which
usually has a "preferences" or "settings" button, each printer is different
so I'd look online or in the manual to see whether any of the settings are
causing the problem, usually something like "scaling" or "fit to page" are
the ones to check.
It could also be a setting in your email program, if the emails are actually
in a small font the program may enlarge them for easy reading, but then send
them to your printer "as is".
Have you tried printing an email with your printer set to "draft"?
Here's some pointers:
If you add the name of your email program after "print email font small" in
the search box and search, you should get more specific help.
