can anyone tell me why when i want to print an e mail which is full size on the screen the printer prints miniscule words,many thanks

Paste it into Word first and then adjust the font size to suit. Make sure your printer is not set to scale the printing as well.

Depends what program you are using to view/print your mails, and whether you are getting this issue when printing other documents?

Usually when you click "print", you'll get a popup print window which usually has a "preferences" or "settings" button, each printer is different so I'd look online or in the manual to see whether any of the settings are causing the problem, usually something like "scaling" or "fit to page" are the ones to check.

It could also be a setting in your email program, if the emails are actually in a small font the program may enlarge them for easy reading, but then send them to your printer "as is".

Have you tried printing an email with your printer set to "draft"?

If you add the name of your email program after "print email font small" in the search box and search, you should get more specific help.
