OT ? rechargeable torch/spotlights - any owners out there?

not sure if this is the best NG for this, .... these rechargeable spotlights, e.g. 3 million candle-power & upwards, the text on the box suggests that due to the amount of heat generated, they should only be used 'intermittently'. Any idea how intermittent this is? How long can you have it switched on for, and then does it melt?! TIA

Did the box it came in have a company name? or even URL contact the manufacturers as ask them? just an idea

I have a 1M caddle power unit which it is advised only to use for 15 minutes max at a time
