Boiler Pilot "on" but not "running"

We have an Elite HE Condensing Boiler that has suddenly packed up - "pilot" indicator light is on but not the "running" light, no heating/hot water. Is it something simple, or is it service-engineer-time? Many thanks for any advice/replies.

Possibly the thermocouple. Best if you get a service engineer in.
