I've got a large building which houses a number of walk-through coolers and freezers.
Some of these coolers exterior walls are directly exposed to the outside. (i.e. their exterior wall is also the exterior wall of the building.
These coolers sit directly on a concrete slab, which is appx 3 feet of the ground. (elevated floor due to slope of surrounding ground.)
Where the cooler meets the slab, there used to be a type of Cant strip glued into place to help shed water off the walls and off the edge of the concrete slab. However, as time has passed, this cant strip has broken off, and is no longer present. The only reason we know there used to be something there, is a thin strip of caulking left on the concrete slab where it used to be.
We need to install another cant strip on this wall, but the only cant strips I can find online are about 4" wide, 4" high, with a 5" diag.length. I doubt this would be enough, as the size we would need would be about 10"x10"x 12"
Any suggestions on what to use or where to buy it?
Thanks
