All the original color is gone except for a few spots. My pool is now powder blue, but the seams are white with a yellow cast. Is this due to faiding? Eileen

Will a 15 year old liner wich is now powder blue have a yellow cast.

Yep, that's fading (from Sun and chemical exposure) and the entire pool would get there, if given enough time. But, it won't get there, because the seams will fail before it can. The adhesive or heat treatment of the seams prematurely degraded the liner at the seams, so they'll be going first.
