My outside wall starts to bow(about1/4 to 3/8 inch at it's maximum) out in October and returns to straight in the spring. It is a non-load bearing outside wall. The basement under this area is heated. This wall is 1/2 2x4 and 1/2 cement block.The vent for the furnace goes out this lower wall. Our kitchen wall with tile back splash has cracks and separation at the counter. The base cabinet stays in place. Any ideas-fixes?
