You've got a plugged Jet Bolt. Remove the bolt (the Jet Bolt) from the center of the fuel bowl and poke and blow it clear. You'll typically hear it pop clear as the debris shoots out. Make sure you get any other debris out of the fuel bowl too and even your fuel tank, if you see any grit in there.
