Should I change the injector if I change the jet pump?

I have a 35 year old Duro Niagra pump that has started having problems getting up to 50 PSI. I have adjusted the cut-off pressure to the max the pump will now generate. I know that this is a sign of the pump nearing the end of it's life. The pump has a lot of cavitation noise until it get the pressure up to about 25 PSI or so.

I have found out that this 3/4 HP unit was specially built for deep well use, and that a current 3/4 HP unit will not pump the 120 feet total pipes I need (110 feet down, 10 feet to the house). I have been looking at the Red Jacket line, and specifically the 1 hp 230V one.

I would like to know if I have to pull the pipes out of the well to change the injector if I change the pump. The pipes are compatible with the new pump already, and I had to change the foot valve a few years ago, so I know the existing below ground system is still good to go.

Any useful advice is appreciated.

Thanks.
