pouring concrete over broken concrete

I have old broken concrete sidewalks. One section has been driven over by heavy trucks and is badly broken. Some of the rest is just badly cracked. I want to pour concrete over it, some areas where it's just cracked would be thin, maybe 1 " the other would be several inches (3?). I want to do this cheaply and would like it to last at least a couple of years. Can I do this?

I am honestly not sure how to fix your concrete. I think that if you get a hold of concrete in Harrisburg PA, here is the link

you should be able to get some help. Sorry I am not of more help. Good luck!

Go with a Concrete Re-surfacer. You cannot realistically build that stuff up to 3-inches, but it's literally the only thing that will last for any years. Doing even 3-inches of concrete on top is only just that 3-inches and the trucks will kill it just a month. Concrete doesn't bond to concrete unless its poured all at the same time.
