Just needing filters for above unit, no filter to go by and need to know correct size

need filters for Trane Model#BLU045E924B1, no filter in unit

This is an old GE furnace part number. Trane bought the GE air conditioning unit back in 1982 and neither Trane nor GE seem to want to scan old manuals and make them available to the owners of the old equipment. I don't have this particular manual here either. You will need to turn it off and measure the filter slot for size.
