windows requires a new opener, [ the unit is broken ,inside].the handle just keep turning.. requires new parts .. is there a dealer in Canada [Halifax nova scotia]

Head to the Home Improvement store or online. You may even have the hardware's brand on the opener. They aren't universal, but you can probably find a matching opener either at the store or somewhere online. Or, dump the problem on a Handyman to find the opener or another solution.
