added roof over back patio used 2x6 roof rafter from house to new headder is 18 foot Work out to be 17 degree ,township stop by gave me a free red sticker told that 2x6 wont carry load put a headder in the middle with 3 post, great idea how do i fit the car in there.need to know best way out of this
You're lucky your not in jail and facing huge fines as well as complete demolition of your work. Do as they say or ask them what the rafters should be...as you should've done before you decided to endanger your own and other people's lives and property.
