How do I adhere concrete speed bumps to an existing concrete driveway

Someone is giving me some concrete speed bumps (brand new from the concrete manufacturer). My home is on a slope. The road going east to west is straight up a hill. There is a small (very short) curb and between the curb and my driveway (which goes north-south) there is a horse trail with DG in it. Nothing can block or be put in or under the horsetrail. Well my driveway slopes from the street DOWN to get into my garage. When it rains the DG washes down into my drive (in which I have installed a drain) so much that the drain clogs and the garage floods. Thus, the speed bumps which I plan on putting right at the edge of my concrete drive bordering the horsetrail. First, do you agree this is the best place, or would right in front of the garage door be better? Then - how do I adhere the speed bump to the existing concrete driveway? Can anyone give me an idea on the best method?

Well, they should have mounting holes in them, they're usually staked down by short pieces of rebar. You'd drill your concrete and then squirt a heavy bead of Silicone on the speed bump or its outline on the driveway to seal it. I'd agree that they should go closest to the problem.
