how do I raise brick veneer on settling front porch slab

I have a front porch that is on a concrete slab and has settled along with the brick veneer wall of the house. I am almost sure the slab is on fill dirt that was not properly packed. This has casued the bricks to settle along with the porch and I estimate it has settled abou 11/2 inches. The house is about forty years old with a full basement and no moisture in the basement and there is no indication of any settling in the foundation or house structure. This is a section of brick about 8 feet long and the mortor joint along the top has a half inch crack at each end of the structure. How do I go about getting this repaired? I had one professiona company come out and said they could raise it with foam but when the repair men ,who do the actual work, came out they told me up front that they coud not do it! with the foam! Can someone help me, please?

You'll need a Landscaper that does Hardscaping. They'll usually pick the porch slab up with a bulldozer and shovel fill under it to fix that problem. For the wall, I presume it's a short porch wall, they pop it out with a back hoe and re-do its base layer to just plop the wall back in. Some good yard damage and a few bucks, but much cheaper, faster and cleaner than a rip-out and replace.
