Single, no pool, no children. The triangle does not move when water is tuned off on property. Ive monitored it for movement several 30 min periods. Still my water bill has gone from under $50 each month to $ 900.00 . The city came out and said no leaks on city or on my property. What is going on? The lawn sprinkler system is unplugged and the water is turned off under ground.
