having a boiler fitted through the goverment sheme thats going on everything was ok untill we said we would take old boiler out as my retired father & other family member work in the trade,any how the old boiler is approx 30 years old & contains a very small amount of abestos now the company has said it wants a clean air certificate before they will do the job,is this just a ploy for money as they want nearly 300 pound to take old boiler out,& is this certificate realy needed?
