Dirty well water

In December we had a new well drilled. The driller hit water at 25ft and continued down to 60 where they hit brown shale. The water we were told by the driller was coming out orange due to high iron content. The owner of the company came and took a sample replied back it was in normal limits. He said connect a hose to the pressure tank and run daily til the water was clean. After two weeks still redish color. We had an independent company come. Iron was in limits. The driller came opened the well head and got a mason jar filled with what he said was iron. " the most iron I have ever seen and we must hire a water specialist to come " the price around $5000 to fix this mess. I called Culligan who did a simple water test and iron is within limits again. He said that is dirt. You have dirty water. The driller was told this and as soon as he found out someone else was there his price went to $1200 ( $600 below culligans quote) and finally he said $800. I was not to talk to his brother who is the company president anymore that he is to handle this problem. The quote given to us ended up to be $4,000 more than the original and we are battling that this is indeed dirt. They are giving me the run around and I have no where else. To turn. I contacted then National well drillers association that suggested we get another driller to fix the problem. I don't have any more money to hire a lawyer in the mean time everything from dishwasher to tub is stained as well as white clothes. The red is fading in color and now it's cloudy with a brownish tint. They refuse to do anything else. I live in western ny. What gets me is the driller ( president) said the iron is acceptable and his brother ( who also made a mess of our brand new remodeled utility room but cutting random holes in the floor) he said that's the most iron he has seen ???? And two other companies also agreed that it's not iron. If anyone can help me please. People have said call the BBB. The news channels. I have pictures from the very first run of the bath tub until today's murky water. My son has an ear infection and I have many auto immune diseases that's why we dug a new well. We had a 20 ft spring fed well under the home ( built in 1898) that we were told is out of code if we ever wanted to sell. Also the pressure tank, holding tanks and all the pipes are " sweating" because of humity and have already buckled out new flooring. It's a. Disaster.
